~The moment you question your heart or turn your back on your truth is the moment FEAR, ANXIETY and anger flood in. FOLLOW your HEART! I promise you will not fall. Almost Every time you allow yourself to fall, you fear the drop. But the drop is where the magic is and questioning where you might land can cause inner turmoil and scars. Love isn't easy and it's definitely not a safe guard. Love will hold you, love will guide you, love will fill you up and it most definitely will break you...Open. Being vulnerable is probably one of the hardest places to be but, in the vulnerability is grace, that is life, that IS love. Surrender and trust the free fall. If you feel it, so does your counterpart. Don't allow fear to keep you from flying. The other (your counterpart) might  just die, too.

~By realizing and then releasing our fears, we can transform our attachment into total fearlessness and personal freedom

~Best medicine: Forgiveness.

~Let's all be a little more mindful and heart-full with each other and love just a little bit more, Forgive a hell of a lot more and be gentle with your own process. We're ALL fighting Emotional/Spiritual and Physical battles. Forgive others and most importantly, forgive yourself and even if it hurts, COME back to Love!!!

Actually it is divinely perfect. Breathe and follow your own bliss, don't force anyone into your bubble....it's your's and only your's to carry
