Together we will release any blockages in the womb by incorporating yoni steamming into our practice then realign to your highest self and reveal your greatness in the form of vocal expression.
We will work on breath; Opening up our throats into the diaphram, expand the back body, widening the pelvic floor as we move into the womb creating safety for the yoni to release.
We will work on movement: Using cathartic release, sensual steps , animal reinactment and dance to feel the emotions in motion.
We will activate our throats by incorporating voice thru sacred song, poetry or spoken word.
